The Rushmore Plaza Civic Center is a type of exhibition center located at 444 North Mount Rushmore Road, Rapid City, South Dakota. It was opened for the general public on June 21, 1977. It has a seating capacity of 10,000 people at Barnett Arena, 5,119 people for Hockey, 6,200 people for Basketball, and 7,000 people for Concerts at a time.
