Ralph Engelstad Arena (REA), commonly called the Ralph, is an indoor arena located at One Ralph Engelstad Arena Drive, Grand Forks, North Dakota. It serves as the current home to the University of North Dakota men's ice hockey and basketball for men and women. The arena also hosts many non-athletic events including concerts and a yearly circus called the "Taj Mahal of hockey." It has a seating capacity of around 11640 for hockey, 12119 for basketball, and 13154 for the concert. Ralph arena was inaugurated with an opening hockey match on 5 October 2001.
