Anthony "Romeo" Santos (July 21, 1981) is an American record producer, singer, and songwriter born in New York City. Romeo fronted Aventura as its primary vocalist, lyricist, and co-producer. In 1994, Anthony "Romeo" Santos, his cousin Henry "Hustle Hard" Santos, and their buddies Lenny "Len Melody" Santos and Max "Mikey, a.k.a. Max Agende" Santos, created the gang Aventura. Aventura's lead vocalist and songwriter, Romeo, announced his departure from the group in April 2011 to focus on a solo career. On April 7, 2011, Romeo Santos became a Sony Music Latin recording artist. Romeo Santos confirmed the release of a new album on February 8, 2022.
